Bio

Martin Andenmatten has been involved in various fields of the information technology for more than 25 years. After years of involvement in systems technology in the large-computer segment as well as in a client-server environment, Mr. Andenmatten managed various IT infrastructure projects. For more than 4 years he was responsible for the operation of all decentralized systems and applications in a private Swiss bank where he led a team of more than 30 employees. Today, Martin Andenmatten is CEO of Glenfis AG. He leads substantial service management projects for various customers. Since 2002 he has also been course manager of the successful ITIL® Foundation, ITIL® Service Manager and COBIT trainings. Moreover, as accredited trainer for Apollo13 and Challenge of Egypt he leads process simulations and ITSM experiences directly at the client site. He acquired his theoretical knowledge as a graduate in Business Informatics II and Business Economics FH. Furthermore, he is a certified ITIL® Service Manager as well as ITIL® V3 Expert , and in 2003 passed the examination to become a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Since autumn 2004 he is certified ISO/IEC consultant and auditor. Furthermore, since 2008 Martin Andenmatten is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT). His practical experiences he has documented as the publisher and author of the books «ISO 20000: Praxishandbuch für Service Management und IT-Governance» and «IT-Services steuern mit ITIL».
