Being a return to work mum myself with 2 lovely kids and a husband to care for, I understand the dilemas and the challenges. It was for this reason I founded Return2WorkMums specifically for women who are navigating new professional lives after a career break. The return to work challenges are emotional, practical, perceived and real. I felt there was a real need for women to go to one place to start getting affordable and easily accessible support to address these challenges. The vision is that Return2WorkMums will continue to develop into a vibrant and motivating community of mums connecting with each other but also professionals offering the latest professional advice and support. The topics to discuss and address are wide ranging from understanding yourself and what you want to do to CVs and interviews, job hunting with social media, to childcare, female finances and personal style to mention just a few. Lots of buzz and chat then specifically for mums who want to return to work.
