Jason Lampa is the owner of Makata Financial Group, an independent sales organization, focused on one objective for their clients: Doubling their revenue in 12 months. Jason has developed one of the most innovative "Sales Camps" in the industry today. "After completing our sales camp, we have found that our graduates no longer have a fear of failure." Before establishing his own firm two years ago, Jason represented some of the largest financial services companies in the world; including AXA, Citigroup, OppenheimerFunds, and New York Life. He has an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University and received his undergraduate degree from Montclair State University. " My first love is coaching basketball. By Age 6, I was coaching varsity basketball players on the fundementals of the game, as well as putting together full scouting reports by Age 7 - I am proud to say that I was one of the youngest varsity coaches in the history of New Jersey High School Basketball. I stopped coaching once I realized that I cared about winning more than my players. One day I will return to the court."
