Bio

Marina L. Sedai practices exclusively immigration law, advising corporations hiring foreign workers, and individuals, couples, and families seeking temporary or permanent residence. She has appeared before the Provincial and Supreme Courts, and the Immigration Appeal Division. Ms. Sedai is on the executive of the BC Canadian Bar Association Immigration Section as Secretary in 2007-2008, Overseas Lawyers Group Vice-Chair 2008-2009, and Vice-Chair 2009-2010. Ms. Sedai also speaks at continuing legal education events for the legal community and public. In client relations, Ms. Sedai strongly encourages communications, as she believes you should have easy access to your lawyer. No question is too small or too frequent; and, despite an extremely busy practice, she endeavours to return messages within two working days (note Canadian holidays).
