Melissa McCreery, PhD, ACC, is a Psychologist, Certified Life Coach, and the founder of Too Much On Her Plate, a company dedicated to helping women worldwide achieve their goals with health, weight and emotional eating. She specializes in helping smart savvy women who've found success in other areas, conquer that "last frontier"—making peace with their own eating and ending weight loss battles once and for all.
