Michele Dortch is a former Human Resources professional who now enjoys her "second act" career as a freelance writer and adjunct professor. She is the founder and editor of The Integrated Mother®, a blog that helps busy, career-minded mothers makes sense of the work-life juggle. She is passionate about topics related to parenting, business, women's issues, personal development and career management. She also contributes to the blog, Moms of Hue. She recently started a second site, Newsletter Diva, where she helps businesses boost loyalty and revenue with compelling, high-quality e-mail newsletter campaigns. Michele lives in Phoenix, AZ with her husband and three children. When she's not working or enjoying her family, you can find her training for her next half marathon or curled up with a pile of books.
