Retailers work hard to make their money. I help them keep it. After years of negotiating, abstracting, administering, and auditing leases, I know there is not much to do once the tenant has signed a costly lease except to wait it out. In the meantime, I can help them acquire the skills to monitor NNN reconciliations, report sales correctly, and otherwise enforce the lease, in the most favorable way possible. Over the years, I've seen the same mistakes: not removing exempt sales before reporting gross sales and paying %Rent, not reviewing the CAM reconciliations against the lease, getting late fees for missing rent escalations, leaving TI dollars even though a lien period has expired, and so forth. Let me help you self-audit, by teaching you the same process I have used to save tens of thousands of dollars for the companies I've worked for, and recover for the companies I've audited. The problem with enforcing a lease is that somebody actually needs to read it!
