Nancy Georges is a retail strategist with over 20 years experience, and the founder of both Paper Magnolia and Magnolia Solutions. Nancy works with her clients to increase their bottom line by focusing on their store's point of difference, product mix, staff training, media profile, customer relationships and visual presentation. Nancy's career began with a retail cadetship with Grace Bros (now Myer), and from there she has held a variety of roles including Retail Manager, Product Development Manager and Marketing Manager for a wide range of retail environments and product categories. In 2004, Nancy established Paper Magnolia, initially as an importer of high quality products from Europe, Japan and America. She then developed Coco Flamingo invitation papers and invitation kits, boxed stationery and monogram cards, in response to demand for Australian designed and manufactured product. Nancy's relationships with local and international suppliers and retailers enable her to draw on a wide variety of experiences and examples when working with her clients to find the best solutions and create profitable outcomes. Her passion for customer service and retail mean that she is able to think outside the square. In November 2008, in response to an increasing demand from retailers for support, Nancy established Magnolia Solutions - working with retailers on all aspects of their business to increase sales. Magnolia Solutions works with clients to indentify areas of development and designs a plan to ensure targets and objectives are met. Nancy's clients say that her creative marketing solutions and strategies have resulted in increased sales and build stronger relationships with customers. She works closely with business owners and staff to ensure that new initiatives are absorbed and implemented by all members of the team.
