Founded by Julien Gagnier and Christopher Misch, Next Projection attempts to bring the best of current and past films to cinephiles in Toronto and around the world. Its mission is to stimulate thought-provoking discussions on cinema and to advance the art of film criticism. Having made its mark in Toronto since 2007 with successful speaker engagements and monthly film screenings, Next Projection is going global with a new website aimed at providing reliable, knowledgeable and relevant commentaries on cinema. With its four main reviewers stationed in Toronto, Los Angeles and Pennsylvania, Next Projection is a virtual laboratory of ideas on the topic of film.
