Bio

Helping leaders grow and succeed. Dr. Acton has a Ph.D. in psychology and over twenty-five years experience as an advisor, coach, psychologist and business owner. He brings to his working relationships not only his knowledge and expertise of the psychology of people but he also his love of engaging and partnering with leaders and managers to help them in their work. He has worked with CEOs, Senior Leaders, managers, professionals, entrepreneurs, and individual contributors in the workplace helping to acheive better results in the workplace. He has trained professionals, consulted to and about business, conducted research, been an expert in Court, managed teams, chaired conferences and committees, published, and presented at provincial, national, and international conferences. Dr. Acton received his doctorate in psychology from the University of Saskatchewan. He held a past appointment as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Medicine at the University of Calgary. He holds a number of certifications and has recently trained with Dr. Robert Cialdini and his team in the principles of persuasion.
