The Orchard Recovery Center is a very private residential alcohol and drug addictions treatment facility situated on Bowen Island, 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. Orchard Core Beliefs o We believe that addiction is a treatable disease and that the cycle can be broken o We use a holistic approach with a foundation in the 12 steps o We believe in treating clients as individuals, showing them dignity and respect, patience and understanding o We believe in honoring the trust that has been given to us by family members o We instill hope in our clients and their families Primary Care Environment o Safe, private facility o Island location in the Pacific Northwest o Tastefully appointed residence with outdoor pool o Personal trainer and a fully-equipped exercise facility o Regular Qigong, yoga and meditation classes o Seasonal cuisine that satisfies any preference or restriction Our Extended Care Program is available to anyone who has completed a Primary Care program at any treatment center. A limited amount of programming activities are required and clients have the flexibility to engage in work or school.
