Performance Chiropractic & Sports Medicine is a speciality clinic in the diciplines of Gonstead chiropractic and sports medicine. We are a clinic that meets the needs and goals of the masses through our Structural Management and Functional Movement programs. We're looking for a better level of balance between right and left, both muscular and structural. We're looking for improved range of motion in the joints of the spine, pelvis, hips, knees and ankles. We're looking for any hereditary defects that may influence the function of our unique structure. We're ultimately looking for specific defects, whether conditional or constitutional, that can be improved. For if we can improve the balance and function of our body, there will be exponential gains in our future. We may be able to run longer. We may not suffer with pains or injuries as much. We may reduce the likelihood of degenerative changes in our joints. We may just enjoy life a little bit more.
