The Premiere Oncology Foundation is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization founded in February, 2006. The foundation’s mission is to enhance the care of cancer patients through psychosocial support, research, education and integrative medicine. The foundation is dedicated to new drug development with integrity by providing patients not only hope, but dignity and a better quality of life during their cancer journey. The foundation’s approach integrates and respects patients’ needs, as well as colleagues’ opinions. The foundation partners with patients every step of the way. To fulfill its mission, the foundation must link all of its activities to research—evaluating and refining each intervention so that effective therapies can be disseminated worldwide and ineffective ones eliminated.
