I have extensive experience as a Psychologist for the past 13 years in Australia and Overseas. During these years I worked on diagnostics and treatment of mental health problems as a Consultant at a leading Psychiatric Nursing Home overseas. I also had taken a role of Behavioral and Leadership Trainer with leading International Training Companies like FranklinCovey South Asia and Door South Asia. My experience as a leadership and behavioral trainer helps me in assisting my clients to Create a Balance in Life, Become Effective and Improve their Quality of Life. I specialize in treatment of - Depression - Low Self-Esteem - Stress - Anxiety In addition I deal with many other mental health and behavioral issues which are covered on my website. My clients include individuals, couples and families from a diverse age group - children, adolescents, teenagers, adults and elderly. I use a variety of techniques to identify causes for the problems/issues faced by clients and then tailors my therapies for maximum effectiveness to cure the problems faced by the clients. Since I am fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi I can also offer my services to clients preferring Hindi / Punjabi as language of communication.
