I am a passionate believer in Resume Authenticity - if the words on the paper don't feel comfortable coming out of your mouth, we've missed the point of the exercise. A great resume not only tells a great story, but is a true reflection of who you are and what you bring to the table. From my perspective, the process of creating job search documents should a highly interactive partnership between the writer and the client, and my goal is create documents that are true to my client's voice. You are the authority on your career. My strength is being able to ask the right questions and uncover the "aha" moments that make each of my clients "one of a kind", and transforming that information into a really compelling resume story. As a Certified Resume Strategist, I have helped to craft top caliber career transition packages for thousands of clients, including lawyers, medical professionals, corporate executives, scientists, law enforcement specialists, accountants, engineers, project managers, and administrative & operations personnel. My mission is to inspire, empower and animate the dreams and aspiritations of those around me.
