OVERVIEW--Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Strategic Planning Facilitator, speaker and advisor. My clients want/need faster and more predictable revenue growth. My consulting role is generally that of "revenue doctor" because I first provide a careful diagnosis and then prescribe improvement approaches that usually one or more of a blend of strategic, organizational, process, messaging, training and sales management remedies. F500 firms have included IBM, Xerox, CSC, Philips, and NetApp. OPERATING EXPERIENCE--My operating career includes sales, sales training, and sales and marketing executive roles including 11 years at IBM. Also have 12 years of CXO experience starting and managing start-up divisions and companies within the technology and financial services industries. AFFILIATIONS/ADVISORY--I am past Northern California Chapter President of the Institute of Management Consultants, member of the Keiretsu Forum investment group, and principal in the Strategic Planning Alliance.
