I am a mother of 3 who has gone "through it all" with my kids. I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong & why they were always sick as young chidren. My hairdresser actually introduced me to my first "green" cleaning products about 11 years ago. Before "Green" was cool! That was the start of turning my health & that of my family's totally around! Since then I have learned and continue to learn about everything that effects our health - water, food, the air we breathe, vitamins (not all are created alike) & our personal care products. Unfortunately, the majority of the products made here in the US have subliminal standards compared to Australia and Europe. I decided to do some research myself & have found that products made in other countries are far superior to those made in the US. Unfortuanely the old saying, "Buyer Beware" is so true. Unless there is a certified stamp of approval, you can't be sure at all what you're getting in your food, vitamins or personal care products. I have learned a lot in these years & am happy to share. Most doctors don't know as much since they are in the "sickness" business. They are taught to treat sick people with drugs. I, on the other hand, hope to enlighten & enrich people with better choices that will not make them sick, but have a longer, more vibrant life. Isn't that what we all want? There is no magic pill, no fad diet, no one week program that will fix what ails us. It is a choice & an education about what needs to be cut out of our diets such as sugars, processed foods, fast food, pop, high fructose corn syrup & replace with more raw, fresh fruit & vegetables, beans & legumes, olive oil, filtered water & whole food derived vitamins & personal care products that literally feed the skin & the organs to perforn optimally.
