Hello, I have visited skydiving operations across the country and have spoken with skydivers from all walks of life. Witnessing different size skydiving operations, meeting skydivers, and getting a sense of their frustration has been my motivation to pursue change. It is the diversity in the sport and my true love for it that has driven me to run for National Director, wanting to be a voice for fellow skydivers. I have been asked, “What exactly is your agenda?” My answer to this simple question is fairly easy. I want to advocate for you, bringing forth your ideas to improve the safety and quality of our sport. I want to expose as many people to the sport of skydiving as possible giving them a safe and unforgettable experience, similar to the one I received 18 years ago. I am not a DZO or a politician; I am a skydiver like you who loves our sport. A vote for me is a vote for you. I made my first jump in September of 1992 and since have accumulated 9760 jumps. I am currently Chief Instructor and Safety and Training Advisor at Skydive Long Island (Calverton), overseeing all fun jumpers, Instructors, and student activities. I consider myself to be an instructor who is working on the front lines of the sport dealing with everyday problems that are common to us all.
