I am a full time Broker Licensed in California since 1990 with diverse experience in all aspects of Real Estate. Including: Residential Sales Income property REO's Property management Asset disposition Relocation Short Sale Certified I pride myself in meeting my client's deadlines while providing accurate evaluations, keeping their expenses low and recovering the maximum return of capital on their properties. I have funds available to make emergency repairs to REO properties and to pay utilities on my REO listings. In addition to over 18 years of Real Estate sales experience in Southern California, I also have experience running local REO Department for Prudential Asset Recovery in Long Beach, extensive BPO experience and working with Countrywide, American Home Equity, First American Residential Value View, & Atlantic Pacific REO.
