Rod Harrell is a Los Angeles publicist and manager, founder, CEO and President of RLH Talent in Los Angeles, California. Born and raised in California, Rod has served as publicist and manager for high profile celebrities, models and screenwriters. Most recently, Rod is well known for serving as chief publicist for renowned clothing designer and real estate mogul, Georges Marciano. Rod's background includes law enforcement, self defense instructor reaching the level of seventh degree (Shichidan) black belt in Shotokan Karate, acting and has extensive corporate experience as a computer systems engineer which gives Rod a technological edge when publicizing [promoting] celebrity clients. Rod has been recognized by popular local, national and foreign newspapers and magazine publications for his work as Campaign Manager for Georges Marciano in the 2010 State of California Gubernatorial race. Rod's ability to get his clients interviewed by popular media and get clients in front of the camera is stellar. Rod possesses superior knowledge based on his experience in the high tech computer global business-world. Rod is a member of PRSA and AFTRA.
