As a life-long resident of Palm Beach County, Dawn has an extensive local market knowledge and experience. Dawn sees the ins and outs of the commercial real estate market and specializes matching business owners with locations that best suit their business needs. Prior to joining H. Alan Welles Commercial Real Estate, Dawn began her career in the medical support industry. But she has also been an entrepreneur, starting several successful business ventures,such as an upscale basket company which won the distinction of being one of the Top 100 gift basket companies in the U.S. These experiences have shown that Dawn can stay motivated and focused on her goals in a way that is necessary to meet the needs of her commercial real estate clients. One special skill Dawn possesses is an intricate knowledge of social medial and how to use the internet to market not only herself and her services as an agent, but also any properties she represents. Through such programs as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, Dawn has built, and continues to build, a network of social and business contacts that she can call upon to help a client find a buyer, or help a buyer find the property that is best suited for them. Dawn lives with her husband and two children in Royal Palm Beach.
