Metanoia's mission is to be a resource for education and empowerment, helping people around the world to take back control of their health and their life. We teach people how to "Solve the Wellness Challenge". It is our belief that most people have two major barriers preventing them from achieving wellness and both of these involve different kinds of stress. The first is oxidative stress, which prevents people from achieving control of their health and the second is emotional stress, which prevents people from achieving control of their life. Metanoia means "a fundamental change of mind, a transformation, a reorientation of one's outlook or vision of the world and of her/himself. We Are Health Educators and Problem Solvers. Our health education services are based on the research and teachings of some of the most prominent medical professionals available. This information has the power to help you conquer oxidative stress so you can take back control of your health. Our problem solving model is based on an internationally-accepted business problem solving model and we have adapted it, so that you can use it to solve personal problems in every area of your life, whether you have a business or not. This model has the power to help you conquer emotional stress and take back control of your life. Our philosophy is simple.
