Founder and CEO of Pinstripe, Sue Marks is widely recognized as one of the key founders of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and a pioneer in the RPO industry. Previously, she established the largest independent staffing company in Wisconsin along with an enterprise-wide RPO firm; both were sold to a Fortune 500 company in 2000. Committed to the entrepreneurial economy and economic development, Sue is the President of Competitive Wisconsin, Inc. and an active member of several boards. She has been named an HR Outsourcing Superstar by the industry's prominent trade magazine four years consecutively, and was recognized as Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in the service business category. She is the winner of the Marquette University College of Business Administration's Alumni Award for Entrepreneurship and a three-time winner of both the Working Woman 500 designation and the Future 50 of Wisconsin. Sue is an annual participant in YPO's prestigious executive education program at Harvard Business School.
