Begin Within

Bio

For the past 15 years, my dedication to my own personal development, through study, contemplation, meditation and integration has been, paramount. I have actively explored a wide variety of spiritual practices, traditions, and healing modalities. I have attended experiential workshops, seminars, empowerments, and retreats all designed to develop spiritual and personal growth. I have a regular Ashtanga, Moksha and Kundalini practice as well as a daily meditation practice influence by both Vipassana and Mahayana Buddhist teachings. My professional career has involved work as a musician, writer, performer, music composer, actor, teacher and producer. I have taught music and theatre to children, volunteered as a coach for the "Kids.now" organization, and developed and facilitated empowerment workshops. I am the founder of Begin Within Productions in which I have married my passions: artistic creation and personal development. Here I strive to create and produce artistic projects in order to support others who are in pursuit of finding their own peace, alignment, and authenticity.
