Bio

I am a personal trainer and lifestyle consultant who has been through the struggles of weight management myself. I was a high school and college Track participant in the 400 Meters an 1600 Meter Relay tipping the scales around 185-190lbs who ballooned to over 315lbs. I have been able to regain control of my body and my life by losing and keeping off around 75lbs so far. My goal as personal trainer is to help others accomplish similar triumphs in their lives. I understand all too well that what works for me may not work for you, which is why I work in conjunction with a Physician, Evelyn R. Wells, MD to insure the customization of your weight management and fitness programs. Dr. Wells' Physicians Fitness Solutions, LLC provides testing for hidden food allergies, vitamin deficiencies, hormone levels, stress levels and toxicity testing. These tests allow for the customization of each clients nutrition and supplementation to allow for maximum utilization of nutrients to produce weight loss and muscle growth.
