Superior Foundation Repair is locally owned and operated. Superior serves the Austin and San Antonio area and has three generations of experience with foundation repair. We know and understand the Central Texas soils and topography which affect the stability of your foundation. As an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau, we will work hard to ensure that you receive the very best fix for your foundation. All of our work is verified by Qualified Engineers, and experienced supervisors will always be on-site during the project. Superior Foundation Repair uses steel pier construction exclusively.

Rather than relying on unstable soil to help fix your foundation, we anchor steel piers against bedrock – up to 100 feet below the surface! Each of our steel piers is manufactured from mill-certified quarter-inch pipe and individually tested to ensure its integrity. Only minimal landscape disturbance is necessary to install the piers, and most projects are finished within a few days.

Superior Foundation Repair includes a Lifetime Transferable Warranty. Fully insured and backed by the Foundation Engineers Association Trust, our Warranty can be passed on to all subsequent owners. It's our promise to you that our work will stand the test of time.
