Bio

Tekserve has been providing service to Macintosh users for over 23 years. We started repairing our friend's computers in 1987 and now we are one of the largest independent Apple Authorized service centers in the country. Early on, our customers started asking us which products they should buy, so we began selling the technology products that we found worked well.

Today, we employ nearly 200 very creative New Yorkers who can assist you with nearly every conceivable use of a Mac or iPod. Every year we add or expand the services that you've asked us for. For example, we launched a Mac trade-in program in the Spring of 2009 by popular request.

We still give our customers the same advice that we would give our friends. Whatever service we provide, we promise you honest weights and square dealings. If you ever feel otherwise, email help@tekserve.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
