The TeaHawk blogs on tea! And tweets, naturally. Some favorite tea-topics include the vague netherworlds of green teas, the intricate mysteries of the health benefits of teas, and the bizarre world of pu-erh teas, aged to perfect so they taste kind of like dirt. TeaHawk got his tea-chops from drinking a whole lot. Of tea. And from traveling widely through Asia, picking tea in the mountains of Shikoku, tippling with the ladies and their hats in the American South, and almost getting kicked out of the first Proper English Tea he ever did attend. Since then he's brushed up on manners and tea-etiquette. Nonetheless, he keeps his talons sharp! Whatever that means. PS The whole "Hawk" thing is probably genetical engineering. Shyness? Or amateur marketing, Heaven only knows.
