John Carroll is the founder and CEO of Tres Coaching Services™, a business and leadership coaching, consulting and training services company located in Keller, TX. During his 30-year professional career, John held Director, Vice President and COO positions in Fortune 1000, mid-size and emerging companies. In these varied assignments he led high-performing business divisions that generated more than $1 billion in revenue. Today, he works extensively with both entrepreneurs and business owners to help them maximize business performance and “achieve the results to move beyond their vision”. Mr. Carroll is the author of Globalization: America’s Leadership Challenge Ahead and best- selling co-author of Power of Inspiration: Dare to Be the Best YOU. He is a frequent speaker on sales, marketing, business planning, globalization and leadership topics included in his Back to Basics 2.0℠ speaker series and Business Leaders Forum℠ mastermind program.
