Bio

I am a psychotherapist and certified by ACE as a personal trainer. I have a master's certification in gerontology from UF and work with seniors and their families. I believe that walking and talking serve the client in many different modalities when it comes to better mental and physical health. My clients and I walk one of seven different scenic routes in Tarpon Springs when the weather permits or work inside on a treadmill when needed. Traditional in-office, clinical psychotherapy is also provided when requested. I work with clients struggling with; weight issues, addictions, ADHD teens, anxiety issues, seniors and family transition difficulties, and depression. (IMH4404)
