James Aitchison serves as Senior Vice President for Business Development and brings an extensive degree of experience having consulted hundreds of firms in strategic marketing initiatives and sales-model innovation across multiple industries to capitalize on and expand market opportunities. Co-founding Impresse Companies, Inc. in 2001, a full service marketing and media relations firm, he has formulated and directed a wide range of growth activities designed to identify profit opportunities in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets, develop and communicate each client's value proposition, coordinate go-to-market and demand-generation activities for high end home interiors, and to ensure sales and marketing are aligned behind the brand for a broad array of clientele from independent small-and-medium size enterprises to Fortune 500s. Mr. Aitchison heads Crossroads business development which is responsible for formulation and execution of the company's overall marketing and relationship management strategy. As part of this responsibility, Mr. Aitchison leads the collaborative development of Crossroads' Professional Network and strives to enrich that community by capturing and creating value from the collective knowledge base of the members as well as foster diversity of culture and thought.
