Known as The Wendy Weapon, speaker, sales trainer and author, Wendy is well known in Australia as one of the co-founders of Top Gun® Business Academy which, as Managing Director, she built into one of Australia's leading Sales and Management organisations. Even before Top Gun®, her reputation in sales was intimidating. She worked with Yellow Pages in Sales, Management and Training roles. Some of her achievements there are still spoken of with genuine awe and many of her records still stand, like the one where she managed a team that achieved the highest ever sales on record while she consistently wrote top sales figures herself. But that's Wendy all over. She's always believed in leading from the front. Wendy's energy and enthusiasm are infectious. They're part of the reason that she's such an exceptional speaker and trainer. Her solid foundation in sales is another reason. Wendy is from the real world of sales; she's walked the walk, she's knocked on doors and spent hours each week telephone prospecting. She knows what it's really like to sell every day.
