About Me

Clint is a global IT Executive who excels in demanding roles by building highly effective teams, processes, & technologies to achieve strategic business goals. He empowers businesses with pragmatic & integrated solutions & has a record of delivering complex initiatives on time & with high quality.

With over 30 years of experience, Clint has worked in multiple industries including pharmaceuticals, government, aerospace, telecommunications, & computer system hardware & software design. He is experienced with application development & support, infrastructure design & operation, advanced communication systems, telephony, command & control networks, hardware system design & object oriented technologies. In addition to his IT expertise, Clint brings a general manager’s perspective to achieving balanced results across all critical performance criteria.

Most recently, Clint was Vice President of Worldwide Technology Implementation at PAREXEL International. He led a team which deployed IT solutions designed to assure that the Clinical Research Services (CRS) business could position itself as the leader to the BioPharma and medical industries.

Prior to PAREXEL, Clint was Executive Director, Operations & Finance Solutions at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals (AZ), where he championed a major outsourcing effort which reduced his area’s IT cost by 23% year on year. He was also responsible for designing and launching the IT organization responsible for supporting a new SAP system.

At AZ, Clint’s experience has extended across many areas of the business, including directing the whole IT infrastructure & associated services in the US. Before that, he was the organization’s Chief Architect, laying out the development environment for the company’s applications.
