He has been a full-time investor since his first property at the age of 22. Alan's investment company was named by the Utah Valley Entrepreneurial Forum as one of the "Top 25 Companies Under Five Years Old." Alan hired a personal assistant before doing his first real estate deal, because he was determined to create a business that would not stay dependent upon him doing everything day in and day out. Since then, he has become a master of time management and delegation and has continued doing deals regularly while cutting his hours spent working on real estate down from 10 per day to one or fewer. In a few years, his assistants have generated over $1,000,000 through the marketing campaigns they handle for Alan. He is a frequent guest expert for the news media, having been featured on multiple television programs as a real estate expert, published in 11 magazines nationwide, and as a speaker at seminars and associations around the country.
