Bio

A bit of an eclectic soul. The overarching umbrella for my work is COMMUNICATION. As a trainer and educator I work with individuals, teams and businesses on what have been called the 'soft skills' - listening, emotional intelligence and thinking skills. As a de Bono accredited trainer I work within education helping students and teachers develop creative and collaborative thinking habits. I am an NLP Trainer and bring this to my coaching and consulting practice. As a magician (Magic Circle and UK President of the International Magicians Society) I work on creative marketing projects as well on the Magic 4 Learning education project (featuring Magic for Reading and Magic for Maths. A winner of two Innovation Award for teaching a learning I guess it is true say that I have a real passion for education and life-long learning. I am involved in a number of initiatives and my work varies from motivational and behavioural work in schools; through training of teachers; to coaching for business development; on to key-note speaking on a range of topics (including Rational Mysticism) to performance as a magician and psychological illusionist. There's never a dull moment - although there's often conflicts on time.... some of the things I want to do could be classed as 'social projects' and at the moment they simply do not pay the mortgage. Happy to make contact with any and all folk... my interests are as varied as my work. In fact my main interest is people - their subjective experience; the way we communicate and the how we can work together to make the best of what we have by bringing the best of ourselves to the challenges we face.
