Bio

I am a real estate expert and acknowledged authority on property markets. I assist clients with real estate consultancy, undertake speaking engagements and publish articles worldwide. With more than 20 years’ experience leading corporate real estate work outs for business recovery – including Lehman Bros and Enron – I am also an adviser to the Bank of England on property issues, and a former President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. As a speaker and university lecturer I regularly address global audiences of business leaders, property market professionals, academics, students and policy makers.
