Bio

I'm currently in the process of getting a new brand strategy/advertising agency up and running with @t_wise. We are two young-ish female entrepreneurs and have also been described as spit fires! We founded treetree authentic brand communications to help brands be more authentic in the marketplace. Authenticity is absolutely magnetic, whether you're dealing with people or companies. Finding those little pieces of insight that people can connect to and discovering why the mavens love the brand so much and how we can connect with others is at the heart of what we do. I live in a loft in downtown Columbus, which is now our "loffice." Ten random things about me: 1. When I'm trying to figure out a tough problem at work, I go for a drive. If it's summer I have the top down. And I'm a lead foot as well. 2. I love wearing high heels but currently have a fractured foot because of them. 3. I try the Sunday crossword almost every week. 4. I was a figure skater in high school. Spandex and all! I have some medals to prove it! 5. My favorite flavor at Jeni's is Salty Caramel. 6. I can't read anything without proofreading. I think this is because of my job and degree in journalism. As a result, I text in full sentences with proper grammar! 7. I was engaged once and called it off. I now wear a diamond and aquamarine ring on my right hand to remind me of my promise to never settle. 8. I have a baby grand piano stored in my spare walk-in. 9. I am the daughter of two horticulturists and can't keep plants alive. 10. I could live on pizza. For. My. Whole. Life.
