I have been in the staffing industry for over 20 years and owned my own company for 15. I personally specialize with engineering and operations management positions for manufacturing clients. QCI Technical Staffing works hard to provide a value added (cliché but true) experience for all candidates we work with even if we do not place them. It is important to us that we are a valuable resource throughout their career and our processes and systems are set up to do just that. We work hard to get to know our candidates very well to ensure the best possible match with the clients we work with. On the client side we work very hard to team up with our clients to help them to identify excellent talent for their organization. I am proud of the people I work with and their devotion to lifetime learning. All our recruiters are industry certified and we train daily. I also train people outside of QCI both at live and Web based events. Distant past! My undergraduate degree is BSME (Music Education not Mechanical Engineering) and I had a successful career as a high school band and choir director. Received my graduate MBA degree in 1992. Moved into recruiting in 1984 and started my own company in 1992.
