Bio

I have been teaching in the fitness industry for 15 years. Firstly in small church halls, then moving onto to teach in most of the big clubs in the area. My speciality was originally choreographed aerobics and step. I have now however gone back into teaching in the community with my business partner and have co created Bootcampleeds, which is the premier bootcamp in Leeds if not Yorkshire, guranteeing people to drop AT LEAST one clothes size per camp, using the MASTER method of fat loss. I have completed nutrition modules and am now enjoying the marketing side of my business. I have 2 grown children and live in North Leeds with my husband Andrew, 2 dogs and a pony. I love life, my family, my friends,my business and responsive committed go getters!!!
