Don't want to be too sales oriented here ... We are actually a small team of independent college counselors, with a great track record in helping the families of college bound students find the best available schools without jeopardizing the family's financial situation. The college admissions process should be an exciting process, filled with promise. But it often becomes stressful because of lack of knowledge, experience and, of course, preparation. This is no big surprise as the process is complex and confusing. The very wealthy employ counselors at great expense to ensure their children get into the "best" schools (we can argue all day about what "best" means). The average family cannot do this, and deserving students often do not get admitted to schools that would, in fact welcome them, and/or the parents' retirement fund is pillaged, or the student and parents are saddled with significant debt. Our goal is to level the playing field as much as we can. With expert planning and advice, these hardships can be assuaged or even eliminated. We are ready to share and exchange information and ideas with parents and other professionals to reach this goal.
