Bio

CRS Business Analytics, a division of CRS Business Associates, Inc. (CRS), was founded by Creig Foster to help clients access and analyze data so that the resulting information can be used in critical decision-making. Creig brings 25 years of experience as a former Senior Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick (now Bearing Point) and senior project manager positions at leading technology companies including TRW, IBM and Siebel (now Oracle). With his consulting and project work, he has experience leading large-scale projects and development teams. He has managed projects associated with the re-design of corporate cash management systems; implementation of financial reporting and executive dashboards; introduction of new products and services to the marketplace; enterprise-wide process re-engineering; design and implementation of Customer Relationship Management systems; deployment of document management systems. He has also led numerous projects involving working capital management (inventory, receivables, and payables), supply chain management, cash and sales forecasts, data mining, data warehouses, CRM analytics, customer segmentation and targeting, website development, fraud detection, and change management. Creig's experience also includes over 15 years in commercial banking where he was a Vice President at Northern Trust (Chicago) and Bank of America (San Francisco). From this experience, his expertise includes financial analysis, corporate finance, corporate credit analysis, financial modeling, financial planning, investment analysis, corporate cash management, and international treasury management.
