Since 1991, Crimson Cup® Coffee & Tea has roasted and packaged quality, great-tasting coffee in Columbus, Ohio and taught independent business owners how to be successful in specialty coffee. In 2003, Greg Ubert, Founder and President of Crimson Cup, wrote the book Seven Steps To Success because he realized there is much more to having a successful coffee shop business than having awesome coffee & products. In the book, Greg provides the business template necessary to operate a profitable coffee shop business. In September 2007, Crimson Cup opened our very first company owned coffee house, located in the north Columbus community of Clintonville. It joins a network of over 400 independent coffeehouses, grocers, colleges & universities, and food service operations across 28 states who proudly sell Crimson Cup products.
