As Chief Operating Officer and partner of Fitness Town Inc, Dai Manuel oversees the daily operations of 8 retail stores and 2 commercial divisions comprising of annual revenues exceeding $15 million. His focus is simple --€œ provide fitness solutions for residential and commercial clients by guaranteeing top quality products and expert services at competitive prices. Complementing the equipment business, Dai provides his clients with education on the importance of proper nutrition supplementation, and services them via his on-line store, www.BestBodyin90Days.com

Raised in Bowmanville, Ontario, Dai now lives with his 2 children and loving wife, Christie, in Surrey, B.C. Dai is an active member of the board for Retail BC, a provincial association of retailers and suppliers, where his input is able to assist in the support of BC retailers and address the issues facing them today. Dai is also an active member and VP of Public Relations of the Whiterock Early Edition Toastmasters organization, and when not honing his public speaking abilities, spends time volunteering with various non-profit organizations. As the editor of the Fitness Town Health & Wellness Blog and The Moose is Loose, Dai lives out his passion for writing and sharing best health and fitness practices.
