Dee Gerrish, of Goldendoodle World, is one of the original founders for the Goldendoodle hybrid in the southern region of the United States. Dee was the first breeder to register the Goldendoodle dog with a ligit kennel club, Universal Kennel International. Dee created Goldendoodle World in 1999, but was a private, professional, hobby breeder for purebred Golden Retrievers in 1996.
