I wonder if you said the same thing when Bush gave banks a free lunch with your tax dollars. That was an absolute scam and fraud that Bush and Paulson pulled off right before they left. Wasn't that time to step up for banks to the plate and be accountable for their action? Banks and tax payers both screwed up. Why were banks "bailed out" with tax payer's money and not tax payers themselves? If it was supposed to be fair, Bush and Paulson should not have bailed out any banks with tax payer's money when tax payer is already screwed up. At least Obama is giving some relief to tax payer. Yes it is not fair but it is still much better than what Bush did. I think money given to Banks deserves your outrage before money given to homeowners NO the simple fact is if you bought it its your house. I don't care who did what and when, politically speaking that is. How much more free lunch can we afford. NONE. Sometimes in a healthy economy people and business fail. Those with too much house fail. AWW too bad. Probably they should not have bought it in the first place. Could not afford it when they bought it and can not afford it now. Pay up or get out.
