ROKYO was founded by people who love Asian comfort-food. We believe that just because a meal is affordable and served quickly doesn’t mean it can’t be hearty, be made from the highest-quality ingredients, or be prepared using gourmet techniques. Start with our noodles, made with organic wheat and cooked to order. Throw in slices of braised, all-natural pork or beef, sourced from Niman Ranch farmers, who raise livestock humanely and sustainably without using antibiotics or added hormones. Take your pick of organic vegetables from family-run, local and regional farms. Then, top it all off with soup that’s taken hours to steep in all the right flavors.
