I am an attorney and partner at the Kean Miller law firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I work on commercial and environmental litigation. I have a particular interest in legal questions associated with the internet, software and technology. I am also interested in environmental litigation. Further, I am a partner in the company, Riffsoft, LLC. Riffsoft is a software and web site development company. Riffsoft's first product to the consumer market is Ringtone Mechanic. Ringtone Mechanic is a software package that allows users to create ringtones for cell/mobile phones from songs on their CD's and from their MP3 files. See www.ringtonemechanic.com.
