Vision: Lead a successful organization that creates the best people and leaders in the world and uses its profits to create a successful non-profit organization that teaches youth life lessons through athletics. Support, love, and care for my family and assist the local community through volunteer and fundraising efforts. Mission: Instill discipline, show the value of hardwork, respect other people's views and opinions, inspire, motivate, and teach other's to reach their goals and dreams, stay in great physical and mental shape, and love and support my family to the fullest everyday.
