Bio

I am a commercial litigator with significant experience in the successful resolution of disputes concerning all aspects of Intellectual Property, particularly involving information technology and the Internet. As well as representing some of the world's most prestigious brands, I co-ordinate global anti-counterfeiting strategies and prevent the abuse of trade marks and copyrights online through procedures that deliver decisive, yet cost-effective, results. I have spoken and written several important articles on IP, and am a peer reviewer for the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law.
