Steve Cooper worked as a Designer/Artworker for over 15 years before moving into recruitment in 2001 and has experience of many areas of the business. Backed by an excellent team of fully trained creative recruitment professionals, who are a friendly bunch! We are not a pushy sales creative recruitment agency. We just offer an honest, genuine service where we introduce excellent permanent and freelance candidates to relevant creative agencies and organisations. We listen to what you are looking for and find matching candidates. We do not force square pegs into round holes! All of our candidates are met face to face, we have a full registration interview with them. We ask them to outline their careers to date, listen to the types of roles and employer they are looking to join. We take copies of proof of right to work in the UK from all candidates so you don't have to worry about that. We can help ease your busy times with a freelancer, whether it is for 1 day or 6 months+ and always have selection of reliable experienced freelancers across the board often who have freelanced for us many times before. SCR don't charge for placing vacancies on our website or in our monthly generic advertising. However if you require us to handle specific assignment for you, advertising will be charged at our discounted cost price.
